THE BUILDING PROCESS

Our Goal is to provide you with a smooth, enjoyable home building experience from design to final clean-up!

Once we have your dream home designs and the perfect location, we have to get city or county building permits approved.  Once we have permits we begin construction on your home!

During the entire building process, Branden and Christa will be in continuous contact with you to keep you updated on progress, answer any questions and make sure your home is just how you planned.

​

Throughout the construction process we will have city, county and/or state inspections on the foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and then the final inspection to receive the Certificate of Occupancy.

 

A typical home take 4 to 5 months to complete once ground is broken.  A larger Custom Home may take longer.

The Building Process goes as follows:

​

1.  Apply for and receive building permit

2.  Excavation

3.  Concrete foundation and outside plumbing

4.  Framing

5.  Windows and temporary doors installed

6.  Plumbing, HVAC and electrical rough in

7.  Insulation

8.  Drywall, tape and texture

9.  Interior doors and trim installed

10.  Paint

11.  Custom cabinets and counter tops

12.  Flooring of your choice

13.  Electrical, plumbing and HVAC finish trim

14.  Paint touch-up

15.  A final walk through with Branden to ensure everything has been completed to your satisfaction

16.  Final inspection followed by the Certificate of Occupancy
